Welcome to our new issue of Canadian Yogi – www.canadianyogi.com
This Spring Equinox issue of Canadian Yogi is one of our largest issues yet. Our theme for March – Spiritual Journeys – clearly inspired many of you.
Picture
Some writers speak of physical journeys that were also spiritual, while others reveal how far we can travel well remaining still or in one place. We have journeys that were made essentially alone and others in relationship to others, often family. Some articles are deeply personal and others look at the yogic traditions and practices that help us along our way. The stories are told through prose, poetry and artwork. There is something here for everyone.
Outside of our theme, we have articles on a variety of other topics: Yoga for first responders; an Ayurvedic approach to “spring cleaning” the mind, body and spirit; a 7 in 1 pose for advanced yogis… We also have links to videos from Violet Pasztor Wilson that share her journey through India with us.
So sit back, browse through our articles and see what your fellow Canadian yogis have to say.
